I was thinking of an idea which would be a mental health treatment for people with mental disorders like skitzophrenia, bypolar, adhd, etc it would probably take quite abit of effort to make the subliminals perfect but I think its a good idea that could help alot of people. But it would probably take some time to find the root causes of mental illness. Like trauma and fear and other things related to that, something to tackle the difficulties the mentally ill face, for example disorganization with the skitzophrenic, sudden anger with the bypolar patient, or adhd because lets face it we all have adhd because of cell phones.
I think one of the key things to remember, its schizophrenics are essentially responsible sometimes for large groups of people as a result of military projects. For example, when a person identify as "They" technically we are all they because we have a few billion neurons that all have different takes on whats happening and what they want out of life. But finding concordance in keeping the information positive could be an essential part of treating mental illness. I personally don't identify as they, but I feel like if we can just start a few sparks in the darkness maybe can start a blazing bonfire that could help alot of people. Did you know there are more neurons in the human mind then stars in the universe?
That's alot of living beings inside you, Just remember if your ever lonely, there are literally billions of cells who can't live without you :D.
They amount of work it would take is considerable, but theres alot of people who do have a mental illness especially in the younger generations ide say like at least 1/3 americans have a mental illness thats just approximate it could be more or less. So i think it would appeal to a wide variety of people.
I sometimes struggle with disorganisation with schizophrenia but only 1% of the world is skitzo, thats why I recommended something that treats all mental illnesses so theirs a wider profit margin for you, and a wide net of people that could potentially benefit as a result.
I think the trick to solving mental illness ultimately comes from trauma and fear that's my hunch anyways perhaps instead you could do a "resolving trauma" video for people as trauma is more universal to people from any walk of life, dad walks out, time in jail, parents divorced, loss in the family, grief, anger, impulsiveness, family dynamic dysfunction, sexual trauma, physical abuse, punishment at school, abuse by teachers, etc, and many other things that cause Trauma a book
I was watching a hank green episode on um scishow, he's a science video guru who helps people with fun facts and studying for science and other fields on the internet. And one of his fun facts, was that they think skitzophrenia could be an auto immune disorder so that was kind of interesting.
I think a video called "resolving trauma" or "treating mental illness" would be a good idea but what are your thoughts?
I might recommend on the topic is "The laws of human nature" by Robert Greene. That might provide you with a few insights on how trauma can effect people from a young age. or maybe some kind of book on developmental psychology. It's really not a process of learning new positive behaviour, its more about unlearning limiting behaviour and thoughts that you've been taught growing up.
I get the feeling that remove subconscious blockages does that to some extent.
I remember reading this book by a scientist, and it was like, if you have early life trauma your basically "beeped" im reading this thinking about my dysfunctional childhood thinking like no wonder im not doing so good theres all this stuff going on in my noggin that i cant even identify or put my finger on that is holding me back.
